Recognition of Qualifications
The European Union, the European Economic Area and Switzerland, all of them have different education systems. This may cause problems in terms of recognizing certain regulated professions or professional activities in other countries.
These difficulties, misunderstandings and unconformities may be addressed through the mutual recognition of professional qualifications. It regulates several hundred occupations in the European Union, thus facilitating free movement of persons, removing barriers for those who wish to work according specific qualifications or provide services, as well as protecting consumers, customers, patients and others from non-professionals.
