Recruitment Agencies
Recruitment agencies may not charge home or abroad recruitment services directly or indirectly. It is provided for by the European Parliament and Council Directive 2006/123/EC on services in the internal market. Since 2010, this directive has been transposed in the Lithuanian legislation, and the list of entities entitled to provide services of an employment agency has been extended.
Recruitment agencies provide regular information on its activities and services to the Lithuanian Labour Exchange Office.
