Panevėžys Civic Art Gallery
Panevėžys Civic Art Gallery houses about 500 pieces of chamotte ceramics, created during the annual ceramic symposiums. The collection of outdoor ceramic sculpture and the unique interior ceramic pieces can be found only in Panevežys. The collection is the important sight of cultural tourism both for our region and the Lithuania. The collected works archived and exhibited by the Panevezys Civic Art Gallery are of significant artistic and historic importance and at present the only such collection in the Baltic States. The collection reflects directions in contemporary ceramics internationally as well as presenting the work of Lithuanian artists.
